    About her

Thanks to more than 14 years of work experience relating to the administrative, logistics and operational fields, I have achieved a high standard of performance: I truly believe that there is a solution to any issue as long as one is innovative, focused, and determined.
My 14 years exposure to a multicultural milieu has developed my interpersonal skills along with a genuine open-mindedness: a year and a half with the International Organization for Migration as a Senior Operations Assistant (supervising 15 to 20 colleagues), a year and a half in my home country working for The United Nations Operation in Côte d'Ivoire in a sector under the control of rebels and more than 6 years with the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (UNICTR).
I also possess a strong personal aura doubled with a natural mentoring capacity together with enough sensitivity to make me a perfect supervisor or manager within any administrative office.
I am also familiar with United Nations Procurement, Supply; Finance and Logistics procedures thanks to in-house trainings and daily experience.
My renowned discretion and efficiency has made my Chief of Section appoint me Secretary to the Witnesses and Victims Support Section (WVSS) Staff retention Committee in charge of assessing and retaining most professional staff members to undertake the remaining tasks before completion of the UNICTR’s mandate.
Equipped with various trainings relating to victims and witnesses handling with a daily interaction with these core clients, I am an asset to the WVSS of the UNICTR. Given the nature of the mandate of the WVSS, I am used to exercise the strictest confidentiality regarding the operations conducted by the WVSS in the scope of the Witness and Victims Protection Program of the UNICTR.
I have successfully completed the new advanced security in the field trainings as well as the United Nations Client Focus, Diversity Training, Standard of Conduct, Conflict Resolution and Stress Management modules from the Civilian Training Section.

In addition, I have completed UNITAR courses on Introduction to the United Nations System, Operational Logistical Support of UN Peacekeeping Missions and Mine Action: Humanitarian Impact, Technical Aspects and Global Initiatives.
I am eager to learn more and apply the trainings and knowledge achieved through the years and in different settings with people from various origins.
To enhance my competencies and as stated above; I have just completed the submission of a thesis for the award of a MBA degree with the University of Liverpool with major subjects ranging from Strategic Human Resources Management, Corporate strategy, Change Management to Finance through Operations Management and Finances management to name but a few. I have also brilliantly passed the United Nations Proficiency Examination for English.
